Develi Restaurant
At Develi Restaurant in Ataşehir, guest flow and kitchen-service traffic were squeezed onto the same line during busy service hours, costing both comfort and speed. Edessa Asansör implemented a solution that separates guest and staff flows: two customer elevators for guests and a service elevator dedicated to service operations. This separation allows guests to be hosted without interruption while the service team moves between floors without waiting. The system runs reliably through the restaurant's busy service pace and supports the establishment's service quality as an invisible piece of infrastructure.
