Our Services
From pre-sales consultancy to 24/7 technical support — we manage the entire life cycle of your elevator under one roof.
Our Service Areas
Sales & Technical Consultancy
With a customer-focused approach, we work with you to define the system that best fits your needs, standing by your side from the site survey and feasibility stage onward.
Project Design & Engineering
Our technical team produces designs tailored to your shaft dimensions. In projects prepared with AutoCAD and 3ds Max, we target minimum pit depth and headroom together with maximum cabin dimensions and elegant cabin finishes.
Installation & Commissioning
After contract approval, the shaft is surveyed and the project is drawn up; the installation of rails and doors, machine and motor, cabin, control panel and wiring is then completed. The elevator is handed over with its registration certificate and green label obtained.
Modernization
If your elevator is over 10 years old, the building's intended use has changed, or you receive complaints about long waiting times and frequent breakdowns, modernization is the answer. With our proven products, we upgrade reliability, performance and aesthetics together.
Maintenance & Breakdown Service — 24/7
Under TSE standards, monthly elevator maintenance is mandatory. Elevators carry people; regular maintenance is a matter of life safety. Maintenance performed at the right time extends the system's service life and minimizes breakdowns.
After-Sales Service
We remain by your side after handover as well: spare parts supply, periodic inspections, and professional support from our experienced technical team for every need that may arise.
6 Steps from Site Survey to Handover
We manage every project with the same discipline — the process is transparent and planned from start to finish.
Site Survey & Feasibility
Measurements are taken on site, and the building's structural conditions and requirements are analyzed; the most suitable system is defined together with you.
Project Design
A project tailored to your shaft is prepared with AutoCAD and 3ds Max, targeting minimum pit depth and maximum cabin size.
Contract & Production
Materials and the cabin design are approved, and the production and procurement plan is finalized.
Installation
The installation of rails and doors, machine and motor, cabin, control panel and wiring is completed by our expert team.
Registration & Handover
The elevator registration certificate and green label are obtained; system tests are performed and the project is delivered turnkey.
Periodic Maintenance
Monthly maintenance in compliance with TSE standards extends the system's service life and minimizes the risk of breakdown.
Our Service Regions
Our head office is in Istanbul; in installation, modernization and maintenance services we serve the entire Anatolian Side and all of Istanbul — above all Istanbul, Kartal, Tuzla, Maltepe, Ataşehir, Ümraniye and Kadıköy. For project-based work we operate in every region of Turkey: the corporate projects we have completed in Ankara, Gebze, Manisa, Sakarya, Çorlu and Samsun are examples of this. We also export systems abroad, primarily to the Middle East; with projects commissioned in Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Baku and Tashkent, we continue to grow our international references.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should elevator maintenance be performed?
Under the legislation in force in Turkey and TSE standards, elevators must be maintained by an authorized service company at least once a month. In addition to monthly maintenance, every elevator undergoes a periodic inspection by a Type A inspection body at least once a year. Regular maintenance is not merely a legal obligation; because elevators carry people, maintenance performed at the right time is a matter of life safety — it extends the system's service life and minimizes the risk of breakdown.
When is elevator modernization necessary?
If your elevator is over 10 years old, the building's intended use has changed, or you receive complaints about long waiting times and frequent breakdowns, modernization is the answer. Modernization also comes into play to remedy non-conformities identified in elevators that receive a red or yellow label during the annual periodic inspection. At Edessa Asansör, we upgrade reliability, performance and aesthetics together using proven products; in most modernizations, the existing shaft and rail infrastructure can be retained, reducing costs.
What does the maintenance contract cover?
Our maintenance contract covers monthly periodic maintenance in compliance with TSE standards, inspection of safety equipment, adjustment and lubrication work, 24/7 breakdown response, and spare parts supply. Preparation ahead of the annual periodic inspection and accompaniment during the inspection are also part of the service. Today we manage more than 2,000 maintenance contracts; each one is the continuation of trust built over the years.
What are the elevator registration certificate and the green label?
The elevator registration certificate is the official registration of a completed elevator installation with the relevant municipality; it is mandatory for the elevator to be used legally. The green label is the color label showing that the elevator was found safe in the annual periodic inspection carried out by a Type A inspection body; depending on the defects found, a blue, yellow or red label may also be issued, and the use of a red-labeled elevator is prohibited. At Edessa Asansör, the installation process is completed turnkey, with the registration certificate and green label obtained.
How does the elevator installation process work for a new building?
We manage the process in 6 steps: on-site survey and feasibility, project design tailored to your shaft with AutoCAD and 3ds Max, contract and production planning, installation of rails and doors, machine and motor, cabin, control panel and wiring, handover with the elevator registration certificate and green label obtained, and finally periodic maintenance. Every stage is transparent and planned from start to finish; the site survey and quotation stage is free of charge.
Can an elevator be installed in a shaft with restricted dimensions?
Yes. We develop project-specific solutions for shallow pits, low headroom on the top floor and structurally challenging conditions; our technical team produces designs targeting maximum cabin size with minimum pit depth and headroom clearance. With space-saving technologies such as machine-room-less (MRL) systems, installation is also possible in existing buildings. For a definitive answer, your shaft is measured on site during a free survey.
