What determines the price of a car elevator?
The main factors are load capacity (which class is needed within the 3,000–10,000 kg range), the number of stops, the shaft type (an existing concrete shaft or a new steel structure), the number and configuration of doors (single or double), and the drive type (hydraulic/electric). Since every project is shaped by its own structural conditions, a firm price is given in a quote prepared after a free site survey.
Should I choose a hydraulic or an electric car elevator?
Hydraulic systems offer advantages in projects with few stops and limited overhead height; the machine room requirement is reduced and high load capacity is achieved with low power. Electric drive may also be preferred depending on usage intensity and travel distance. The right choice is made during the site survey, evaluating your building's structure and usage scenario together.
What is the difference between a parking (car) elevator and a scissor car lift?
A car elevator is a shaft-based system that carries the vehicle inside a cabin between floors; it is used to access basement and rooftop parking. A scissor car lift raises the vehicle on a platform over shorter vertical distances, in showroom and service applications — like the 3,500 kg scissor platforms in our Porsche Bahrain and Felek Otomotiv projects. We determine the right system for your needs together during the site survey.
Can a car elevator be installed in an existing building?
Yes. We develop special solutions for shallow pits, low headroom and structurally demanding environments. Our Yuvataş Business Center project on Bağdat Avenue is an example of a 3,000 kg hydraulic car elevator bringing space optimization to an existing building in the city center. Feasibility is confirmed with an on-site survey.
How do maintenance and service work after installation?
We serve under more than 2,000 maintenance contracts. After installation and commissioning, a periodic maintenance program is set up; our 24/7 technical support line is on call in case of breakdowns.
